After hard work and persistence, I made my dream come true over 24 years ago when I moved to Germany in 1991 at the young age of 22 years. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to work within the accounting department of the Marriott hotel in Frankfurt am Main.
A little over a year later, I joined Accenture (then Andersen Consulting), the world’s leading management consulting firm. Initially I focused on back-office management accounting, in particular for our eastern European offices, and steadily grew into other areas of increased importance: databases, systems, processes, customer service, standards, etc. I soon took over management responsibilities and was a key player in the development of quality standards, internal processes and tools as well as capability development and knowledge management, at the international level.
With this experience, I self-employed myself in 2013. As the founder of LinDion Services I specialize in learning and development, systems and tools: my focus is on internal training, in particular learning management systems, rapid eLearning development, performance support and social media for learning.
